Kersle Daily Delights is a café and bakery on West Colfax Avenue built around one simple idea: every day deserves something good. Robert said Kersle Daily Delights began as a café focused on coffee and pastries, using a commercial kitchen and baking products for the café. It has since expanded based on customer demand. He also said his wife, Mary Faye, runs the business while he helps alongside another job.
Filipino-inspired flavors
Our menu draws from Filipino cooking traditions — empanadas, pork BBQ skewers, turon, lumpia, sisig, and pancit — made to feel right at home in Denver. Current offerings include coffee drinks, pastries, empanadas, croissant sandwiches with fries, Filipino food such as barbecue skewers and combo meals, and burritos planned for that week.

We put down roots on West Colfax because this neighborhood deserves a warm, welcoming spot to call its own. Pull up a seat on our tufted sofa, connect to free Wi-Fi, and stay as long as you like.
More than a café
Kersle extends well beyond the storefront through catering, wholesale, and a meal program for organizations across Denver. We love feeding a crowd just as much as a single regular.
